WHY?

I always come on here to vent.. hahha.
I just DONT get it..

He takes me to court (well really his dad) so "he" can spend time with my daughter since i "never let him see her" *rolls eyes* yettt the first time we go to court I GIVE him 18 hours a WEEK.. and even the mediator said that was generous.. because i have absolutely NO problem letting her know/spend time with him.. but of course, he only used 15 hours in five MONTHS not weeks.
SOOO we go back to court and he has this god damn stupid excuse about his smurfing back.. and how hes sooo injured.. well its smurfing funny. hes able to travel, drive, party and do whatever he wants when its convent for him..
He still plays it off.. using a smurfing cane for sympathy.. buttt whenever he comes around when NObody else is looking, hes able to pick my daughter up and move around quite fine.
Its just an excuse so he doesn't have to work and wont be held accountable for having my daughter.
Now hes saying he wont go trick or treating with her because of his back.. BUT i'd bet you ALL my money hes going to a party that night..

AND he broke TWO court orders and of COURSE i cant do smurf about it because the cops 'werent there'... I mean, there in place for a smurfing reason.. NOT to make me happy but to PROTECT our daughter..

SOO smurfing frustrating.. I just wish he'd disappear already.

Sounds like a sad excuse for a father.

Is he getting workers comp or disability you could make an anonymous call to them he'll get busted cheating the system

hahah.. no.. because its completely fake.
I hear where I live they do an extensive amount of research into people trying to get disability.. and if/when they do, they'll learn its fake.
