I was 180lbs 8 months before I got pregnant, I went on bc to regulate my aunt flow and started eating healthier. I was 138 the day I found out I was pregnant with my son. I worked pretty hard to loose that weight. The day I went in for my induction I wa 199.6lbs. The day I came home I was 172lbs. I was getting my period regularly for about 8 months after having ds but it just stopped again. I haven't had a period since June. I went to the dr today to go back on bc to get things back to normal and I'm 205lbs! I'm so done being fat. I'm 5'4", its just way too much weight. So I'm starting my journey to lose this weight. I'm going to be posting my before pics tomorrow, in this thread. I plan to take my bc, cut out all carbs and sugars because I have pcos, all my weight is from my insulin resistance. And I will be exercising. I'm going to walk and Zumba 6 days a week to start. I'll add in more vigorous workouts as I build up endurance. I want to be realistic in all of this. I would love some encouragement and weight loss buddies! I can't do this alone.
I bought 30DS because I have heard such good things about it. Now I need to find the motivation and stock up on chicken breasts and veggies!
I am 5'2 and I weigh 190. I gained 10 pounds since quitting smoking.

Yeah, I'm starting with a goal of 15lbs in about three months. Last time I lost 26lbs in that amount of time. I just dot want to set crazy goals and be disappointed. I want to have a healthy life not just diet. Once I hit my first goal ill change it to more until I'm at the weight I want to be. I feel like 140 is what I'm shooting for in all. If I can get more lbs off, great!
