losing weight gets discouraging.

Especially when you're calorie counting and you want to stay under your daily goal BUT if you're too far under your goal your metabolism will start to slow down and weight loss will slow down yada yada
I just forced my self to eat a cup of Greek yogurt with apple sauce mixed in.. it still wasn't enough so I had to eat cheetohs
My tummys too fulllll =,(

I'm looking to lose 72lbs by 7/14/2013

It just makes me feel crappy thinking here I am forcing my self to eat just to lose weight and there's kids all over the world going to bed hungry tonight..
I wish I never got fat.

I hear ya.

I joined myfitnesspal... and struggle to eat enough calories. WHen I diet... I cut back too far... when I don't count... I eat too many.

Don't force yourself. Eat healthy calories throughout the day. If you're not hungry, don't eat. Not everyone is the same. Your body will kind of guide you as to how many calories YOU need. I am always under my calorie goal. I always have been. It's too much food for me.

I don;t count calories at all. I cut out all soda/tea/coffee etc and fast food. I walk a lot and drink only water as a beverage. It doesn't have to be difficult.

ive stopped counting calories and thats when i lost weight  i think your thinking too much about calorie counting. eat when your hungry

Oh I understand. I am doing low carb. I am 236 lbs and my 1st goal is to get under 200 and my overall goal is 150'ish. Also, 7 /15 is my birthday right after your goal date. I hope to be at my goal by my b-day.
