Car seat and stroller covers? Who makes them?

LOL sorry! There cute and they go over the car seat like the inside part and same with the stroller. There's holes for all of the straps and all that good stuff too!

I have seen some that are made to match the stroller too!  

Im pretty sure those are a safety hazard.

Unless you get something like that from the manufacturer those are considered unsafe for use on a seat.

Are they? Why?

Those are unsafe and completely void your warranty, nor will your insurance cover your seat in the event of an accident.

Yeah they are I second that. I was not allowed to leave the NICU with a head support that I got at target for Kale. Also they don't let you have anything that does not come with the carseat. I think it has to do with being crashtested and such...

Because they can hinder the proper use of the seat and have not been safety tested. Nothing should go between baby and seat unless it was originally packed with the seat from the manufacturer.
