For shame, your fearless leader completely missed a day. I am ready for my lashings. *Bends over and closes eyes in anticipation* If you did ANY sort of physical activity, give yourself a point! For tomorrow:

Nov 11th day 11
Warm up
run 400 meters (Or 5 mins)


WOD
50-40-30-20-10
Jump ropes
sit ups

Workout will look like this:
50 jump rope revolutions
50 situps
40 jump ropes
40 sit ups
and so on down to 10!

Don't have a jump rope, use your imagination!!!

day 10 i went for a run with hudson in stroller , day 11 i did it in 5 min but crunches instead of situps;)

I think you and me were the only ones except for maybe B &D Mommy.   I fell off the wagon after tweaking my back. It's getting better finally but I have lost all motivation! Help me get it back and I will post workouts for you and me starting tomorrow! (I am glad you are sticking to it! That's awesome!)

You definitely won! LOL I am going to start back up with my hubby when my back is better. We were both getting tired of the body weight only exercises when we have a pull-up bar and box for box jumps and weights to work with. We need a bit more variety! You have done awesome though! Your motivation is inspiring!

I'm here, but i have a muscle group being weird in my shoulder, so I'm not doing full workouts, so i haven't been posting times. And I'm skipping more days than i should be.

How would you two (LOL Sarah and Chelsea) feel if I just post the workout I'm going to do and you can just sub whatever you don't have with a different exercise??

Ok here is what I'm doing tomorrow!

Warm-up
400m run


WOD
5 rounds for time
10 pull ups
15 push ups
20 sit ups
25 squats

(I know it's not much different but I got it from the Official Cross Fit FB page)

17.25 Didn't wanna but did it anyway. This seems to be the motto for my life! LOL Didn't wanna do the dishes, did it anyway. Didn't wanna mop the floor, did it anyway. But DAMN it feels good when you get it done, whether you wanted to do it or not! Did my pull ups with a band but did em! Chest to bar and everything! BAM! LOL Good to have my motivation back!

Day 13 ?? can not remember ) done mine in 8 min 38 sec but modified it, bent over rows instead of pull ups and crunches instead of sit ups( i cheated) also went on my usual walk with Hudson and even fit in a 30 min weight sess.
