re: Who Is Up For A Crossfit Type Workout 61 Day Challenge?

I can't believe I've already missed 4 days. I didn't know how challenging this would be. When I was doing jumping jacks my back started spazing and I haven't been able to do much. I'm going to try to do today's workout 11.7 but I don't think I can commit to this 6 days a week due to my back.

I have been missing days too   ...it seems things keep coming up and by the time I have time I am too exhausted to even move.

Okay ladies. Sorry, but I have decided to drop out of this group. I'm not keeping up with the workouts in here so no need for me to be here! I just need to find something that works better for me and keep my focus on the other group I am in as well. Great job to you ladies who are sticking with it! You can do it

There is no need to quit! No one ever said you have to do it 6 days a week either. Maybe you should make your goal to do it 3-4 times a week! You have to listen to your body! But if this is what you feel is best... Good luck to you!

Don't be so hard on yourself! You missed 4 but you did 3! How many days a week were you working out before? Maybe 3 or 4 a week will work better for you! Take it easy and don't hurt yourself! It's called a challenge for a reason! You will get out what you put in! You are doing great!

day 7, 4 min 37 sec i changed the 100 m run to 100 butt kicks instead, i had no idea how far 100 m was ( my treadmill is at home) so butt kicks it is, hope thats ok"
i also did 45min of weights;)

Run a mile
At the beginning of every minute sprint for 10 seconds

Day 8 done, but i changed it up only slightly. I did the warm up but jogged for 1 min and then 1 min walk & so forth/ 30 min in total. I had Hudson in the stroller n did not wanna try sprinting with the stroller, it has a habit of wobbling like crazy if i go faster than a jog.

Also did 30 min of weights/arms only

Okay, I'm back..I decided there is no reason for me to just up and quit! I'm going to start up again tonight. BUT I'm not in it for the points..I'm just in it for the workouts  . Just a warning though, this weekend I probably won't do much because I have a LOT going on.

Ahhhh! I'm sorry I didn't get this up last night!! I babysat until 10pm and then came home and past out!!!


Day 9 Nove 9th

Warmup
Run 400m (If you can't run, do 200 jumping jacks)

WOD
10 min AMRAP (As many reps as possible in 10 minutes
10 dips (Off your sofa, chair)
15 squats
20 jumping jacks

Day 9, 10.1 went a little slower today   or well also did 1 hr walk/jog with hudson.
