I did it up to about 30 weeks and just couldn't do it anymore..I was still going and doing really modified or the crossfit mom workouts, but I was having ptl, and they told me no more.   sad day...so I went last tuesday, and that was my last day I guess until after my 6 week check up

You can rest whenever you like, you just don't get a point that day. It's always important to listen to your body and take a rest when needed. Maybe I should just not do Sundays. Hmmm what do you think? Hadn't really thought about that!

I think it would be good to have rest days on Sundays! Your body definitely needs a rest day lol

That is something to be proud of girl!!! 30 weeks is awesome! I went until I started puking at 7 weeks. Then I continued puking all day everyday until 22 weeks and by then I was too weak to do such strenuous workouts. But I will definitely try again during my next pregnancy, whenever that will be!

Or I could just say you must take a rest day once a week and you can only get 6 points a week. That way people who would rather rest on a different day, can.

Yeah that would probably be a lot better! So people can make their own schedules. Sounds perfect! I'm so excited that I might started tonight (with just what you posted) even though I won't get points yet lol.

Yeah I was going to start it today but my son has had the stomach bug since Saturday and I'm pretty sure I'm about to get it too. Haven't been hungry at all today. I'm hoping that I will get it and get over it by then or hey, not get it at all would be great!!! I figure if I haven't gotten it by then, I'm in the clear!!
