Dr always told me, It took you 9 months to put it on, it'll take you that long to lose it. But I only gained 17lbs and lost it in the first 3 months.

If you only gain around 25 it will pretty much take care of itself.

I was back to my pp weight by 2 weeks after having both kids.

Do you plan to BF? That burns alot of calories

If all you gain is 25 or 30lbs, you'll probably lose majority of it when you give birth. There aren't any special tips. Eat like a normal person and exercise.

I gained about 50 pounds ( 40 pounds over my pre-preg weight bc i lost a lot of weight by week 7) and by the second week I was only 6 pounds over my pre-preg weight. I really didn't do anything special to lose it

I dot see why you HAVE to gain 25lbs. But if you plan to breastfeed it burns 500 calories a day and will be a huge help in getting back into shape after baby.

Took me forever to lose the weight and breastfeeding did nothing   But then again it's almost impossible for me to lose any weight at all ever either... hmmm.

I gained 15 and lost 25 by the time I was 1 week pp. I gained 30 after I had her though between depression and not enough exercise.

That sucks

I am fortunate to have a decent metabolism and low blood sugar, so I typically burn smurf up.
But I do need to start eating more responsibly. I know it won't last forever

UGH don't remind me. That's so depressing to think about.

I gained nearly 70 pounds first pregnancy & lost it all by 6 months. Everyone is different though. But like someone else said, 25 pounds will pretty much take care of itself and fall off.

25 lbs should be easy to lose. I gained 60 and it took less then 6 months to get it all off. The first 40 fell off & the last 20 I had to work off.
Staying active, eating healthy and breast feeding should knock 25 off within 6 weeks of giving birth.
