That's up to you! I think the point of this is more to push through when you ARE working out and it starts to get uncomfortable or you start getting sweaty. I'm such a wuss sometimes.

Some moves hurt like really bad. Planks kill me.

I hate planks. I saw an inner thigh workout which involves a side plank position, one leg up on a chair and then bring the other leg up under the chair.

I think the issue may be that my idea of "pain" isn't when it gets uncomfortable. It's when it hurts. If it HURTS, I'm not going to push through. But doing more doesn't HURT. It hurts when I smurf up my knees, lol. It hurts when my shoulders damaged. It hurts when my Fibro is being a bitch. Doing extra sets it's "hurt" or "pain" that's discomfort.

Maybe that's why I dislike some of these, I don't consider that "pain" you know?

Ooh, that sounds like a good idea. Right now I'm doing modified planks but they still hurt.

I just saw your other thread. I never get any soreness in my arms either. Never. Form is good, I just don't get DOMS.
