Digital Photography and editing?

Hello ladies, Im curious how can I get super professional looking photos but not have to edit them with Photoshop. I took alot of film photography classes and got into to a art school for fine art photography, Im good with a digital camera but I dont have photoshop I like long for a way to make a perfect finished picture.

Has basic editing.

im trying to use it when i click upload it takes me to upload photo then it gives me a message about jpegs but all my photos are in jpegs like it asks.

I've only used it real quick once. I have PS CS6 so I'm not sure.
