Hi everyone!

Hi guys! Im due December 18th, its my first child, but my boyfriends second. Im very very nervous as to see what it is all going to be like. Im very scared about the labor process and i cant seem to keep my anxiety under control enough to relax. I just want to know, if this all works out and it is a natural non c section birth, how much pain i will be in after the baby is born? And another question, should i get my little boy circumcised when he is here? Im not too sure what to do about that. My boyfriend says yes, but im hearing others tell me no. Should i just leave it to him? And i get these horrible pains in my legs, and my pelvic area, it makes it super hard to even roll over at night, i cant get up once ive sat down and its getting more and more intense. Also ive been getting these weird cramp feelings in my stomach and abdomen that shoots down through my legs... What is that? Please help me ladies! I feel like im going through this all alone! Im so scared!!!!

Hello, and welcome   I had a vaginal birth, and honestly, the pain afterwards was not that bad at all. It was more uncomfortable than painfull. The shooting pains your having sound like normal pregnancy pains, that no one tells you about untill your already pregnant lol. Could be round ligiment pain, or it could be scatia, but either way if you are worried about it, dont be afraid to call your doctor. It is always better to be safe than sorry. As for the circumcision, personally my Son is still intact. However it is your decision. I would look up as much research as you possibly can before deciding. Dont let anyone, your SO included, choose for you. As for being alone, you have come to the right place. The ladies on here are generally really supportive, and although you may get a bitchy reply here and there, it is a great site. If someone does come off as bitchy, dont take it personally. Just remember there are alot of hormones flying around lol. Other than that congrats and good luck!!!!!!!!!!!

Circumcision is totally up to you, I'm due November 16th and will be having my little one circumcised. .
The pains are all normal they happen because your baby could be laying on a nerve or the abdominal ones may be round ligament pain....all normal pains I'm having my first and had the same concerns I asked my doctor about the pains it's all normal during pregnancy.

I am going to be honest... I think postpartum is worse then labor and delivery. You'll bleed for about 6 weeks and your vag area is so sore.

Circumcision-Do your own research and make an informed decision.

Weird cramp feelings- Could be sciatic nerve pain.

It will be a much different life. You can say good bye to parties every weekend and coming and going as you please. Say hello to walks with the stroller, sleepless nights and play dates!

Okay thats kind of what i was expecting. I am super excited, but i have to say, the pains and stuff make the pregnancy very impatient and i just want him here now and to get it over with! When i got pregnant i was in complete shock because the doctors had told me i could not get pregnant due to some previous cysts they had removed, and the complications they had ran into were supposed to make me impotent... I guess not! Haha, but while he is a blessing, he will most definitely be an only child!

Honestly that depends on the person. I have no life other than my Son and my Husband lol. Its really hard to find a sitter for us, mostly because I am very picky about who I let watch my son. Also I totally stopped partying when I got pregnant the first time, and now the most I will drink is one drink. Alot of my friends dont have kids, so they want to party, and I would rather just sit at home with my little family lol. In other words, for me, being a parent made me old LOL. I know alot of people who still have lives outside their kids, but it usually doesnt happen for the first year or so.

Yeah, i used to be a big partier, but honestly, having being pregnant really saved me. Ive never been so excited and healthy for me and my soon to be family in my life! And i can tell my boyfriend is extremely excited, he will sit with me head on my tummy listening to my tummy and talking to the baby feeling the kicks to his head, its super cute!!! The babies movements were supposed to be slowing down too my doctor had mentioned, but im noticing their really speeding up? Is this a sign of anything?
