Your blood type being negative sounds like a likely reason you lost your last baby. Your SO likely has a positive blood type, which means your baby can have it too.
Without proper treatment saught early in pregnancy, your body could see your baby as something foreign that doesn't belong and start attacking it. Didn't you tell me you had a fever with your last pregnancy loss? This makes sense because your temp rises when fighting foreign antibodies such as what your body might have thought your baby was.
The good news is that if caught early on and treated, you are far less likely to lose your baby.
You need to be seen today if possible. I cannot stress this enough. If you don't have insurance, I'd go to the ER complaining of cramps and mention your negative blood type if I were you.
