I've been checking it out for awhile and have done some of it. It is harder than it looks, but I really like it. I'm going to start getting more serious with it. I found this great site called curvy yoga and it has a lot of useful tips.

I took a class a few times. I tell you what, some of the old men in that class could literally put their heads up their asses. They're nuts
