Yes, correct SO makes to much tho so we got denied.

What if you apply for it and hes not on the application but you have it that you live with him?

It doesn't matter. If the state is paying you money and you have a child, they are going to recoup their losses from somewhere.

Well then here in fl thats fraud inless he does not help u at all and in that case theyd go after him, they go after them here if the parent gets medicaid as well.

I dont know he doesnt make a lot. I have foodstamps, and medicaid because my dads insurance dropped me since I moved out of his house and 2 hours away. I applied for cash assistance just so I could buy diapers and wipes because every week when he gets paid thats it, it goes to bills and were broke barely have enough gas money to get him to work. Just not trying to get in trouble.I live in florida. I don't lie to them though but I don't know if they would consider that fraud.

Yes they would, my SO only makes 800 after childsupport and taxes were a family of 4 and i was denied cash aid. Thank god my gift from my aunt was a years worth of diapers... But i have cloth and will go back to them if we cant afford diapers also my health caer plan my kids are on for medicaid covers 25 of otc stuff so i get wipes on that and so i endup not paying for wipes... I don't know, I just applyed and I put the truth that he pays all the bills because they asked who does. He only makes 400 a week and our rent itself is 1100. they asked how much all the bills were and everything and they made me send a letter saying he pays all the bills.

In California its based if he lives with you and his income.when i was pregnant with my oldest we were denied because he made 50$ more than whats allowed.the only way was if he moved and they'll charge child support.you cant lie about income they'll search your ss number on the homes you own and bank accounts.i remember we overheard a couple who tried to lie and the case worker was like "really you have 26,000on one account and another 30,000 in the other.smh some people are really that greedy.

We have a joint account but at one point we did not buy food together it wa fine...


Wipes my kids have stay well they offer 25 bucks in otc orders in florida.
