What if there hasn't been a payment order put in place?

Has he signed the birth certificate or affidavit of paternity?

6 months and they stop actively looking. They can still put in a payment order though and his wages will be garnished if/when he gets a payroll job

No, we had a DNA test done and the state placed him on the BC. CSE said his address has been verified a couple of months ago but they haven't served him yet and his family say they haven't heard from him either

Would they do that without us having to go to court? Or if I go and he doesn't do they still put an order in place?

Still go, or the whole thing can be thrown out.

If they have no financial information for him, they will put him down as having a minimum wage full time job.

Then how does he know if they didn't serve him in the first place? Would they just send a regular letter to his address?
