*Workouts* How many times a day

Should I do this:



And 30DS workouts, in order to start seeing a difference?

Also, does anyone else have any easy to follow workouts?

If you're a beginner, you should ease into exercising or you will hurt yourself. I definitely wouldn't do high knee jumps more than once a day. A total of 30-45 minutes if exercise is enough for one day. I believe 30DS is done evey day. I always rest 1 day between work outs to allow muscle to rebuild itself.

Right now, I'm using a Nike training app for workouts. Work out videos bore me, I can't do them.

They bore me too but I NEED to start something.

Thanks for the heads up about the high knees thing, because I already have smurffy knees. I can't walk more than 30 minutes without my knees starting to burn. I hurt my left one when I was a teenager...But I'm sure once I get all this damn weight off they'll feel better.

I hear a lot of good hung about 30DS. you should google images for some results. You still have to eat healthy, you don't want to waste your efforts with exercising and not getting results because of your diet.

Yeah I already ate pretty well, but with fast/junk food occasionally, and I'm completely cutting out junk food and only drinking water, and then starting whatever workout regimen I can find that works for me.

I love good tasting food so badly, and I love food FAST   I'm going to have to get used to actually making and cooking meals rather than throwing something in the microwave or ordering in.

That workout looks very effective but I cant do push ups at all. IŽll give it a try tomorrow and see if im able to do it.
I have the 30 ds and I tried it some years back and it nearly killed me lol. I like Walking Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone. Its very effective (ive lost a lot of weight in the past doing that one) and easy to follow. Theres a bunch of videos on youtube.

I suck ass at pushups too. I always have even when I was skinny. I don't know how to NOT poke my ass up in the air and I've always had crap upper body strength lol

It's really hard for me too. Ive almost cut out junk completely but I haven't been trying hard enough. I need to find better snack options lol. l really need to work on my pasta intake, I eat way too much of it.

Oh pasta is one of my favorites  

I LOVE fresh fruit, I need to start buying more of it for snacks.

Yeah, me too, I couldnt do them when I was skinny. I have zero upper body strength. I cant even open a lid sometimes lol
