I just wanted to say that I'm already seeing results after doing Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" DVD for a week. I did the 30 Day Shred before that, and tried "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism", but I've seen the most progress with "No More Trouble Zones" so far, and it's the only one that's been able to keep my interest.
It's hard, but extremely rewarding. Like many mommies, I wanted to get rid of my post-pregnancy belly, and tone up my thighs/ass...pretty much everywhere. I've noticed a big increase in stamina and strength, and I am noticing that my body is getting more lean and tight like I want. Try it, ladies!
