haha I just want to be unmarshmallowy...I don't care if I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight. I wanna be comfortable in my skin. Thanks for the advice

Already planned on breastfeeding...got that part down   lol
I have to drink a crap ton of water anyway (kidney problems), so I'm not worried about that...when it comes down to it...that's usually what I drink anyway. But I don't know if I'll have the patience to write down everything I eat. I get sidetracked easily

You shouldn't!

Cardio is anything that gets your heart rate up. Walking, Jogging, Running, Riding a bicycle, using the elliptical, stair master, etc.

What's most effective for me is running in intervals..for example, walk 3 minutes, run 2 minutes, and alternate until you've done 30 minutes

I agree, tracking calories is HARD. It's hard to remember to do it, anyways. They have apps you can get on your phone now, if that's easier to maintain!

I've gained almost 40lbs...most of that in the last 2 months...I don't even know how! lol My doctor even tells me it doesn't make sense because I don't eat much (I eat enough, but I've never been one to eat a ton). I just wanna get the "pooch" to a not marshmallow size (yes...today I'm obsessed with marshmallows... lol) and be healthier for my little guy and boyfriend. lol

Hmmmm...that seems slightly doable...if only the weather cooperates haha I plan on walking in the mall and stuff with LO...where it's warm and not frozen, but I still get the benefits. Can't really run in there though... haha

I can't download anything on my phone...I have a pos that barely works...but it was cheap and usually gets the job done lol

So for those of you who say "breastfeed!!!!!!!!" Who much did you gain with baby? Because I' ve gained like 40...and it sounds impossible for me to loose it all with breastfeeding lol...i didn't stick to it with my first because she had a hard time latching on so I really can't compare...obviously im going to work out to tone up and look sexy again but if I can loose almost all of it breast feeding at first, why not?

I gained 42 and lost almost 25 in the past 2 months. I haven't done anything but breast feed. No exercise or watching what I eat.

Was that 25lbs after you left the hospital and lost the placenta and everything out of your body...or just 25lbs total?

25 lbs total...I was underweight before I got pregnant though, so I'm happy with my current weight. I had dropped 20 lbs in 3 weeks PP.
