Breach of custody order?

What do you do if your ex is supposed to have supervised access to your child and you have found out that it isn't being supervised and it's been breached?

I have confirmed solid proof of this from my exs mother. What will happen?

probably take away those visits and maybe make him take some type of classes before he can try again.

Go back to court. Denying visitation on your own means you are also violating your custody agreement. 2 wrongs don't make a right, you'll be in the wrong also if you deny the visitation. Go back to the court and report that he's violating the agreement. The visits aren't supervised by the courts?

My ex just did this to me too.. The cops say i couldnt 'not allow' him to see her because they werent there to see it.
so unless you have proof the cops can see youll have to wait to go back to court
