Hi Mamas- I am so excited to be blessed with another baby. Don't ever let anyone convince you that abortion is a good option, babies are the best!!! (extremely bothered by the pro abortion add at the top of this page) Children are such a blessing! This is baby # 7 for my husband and I.     I have an ultrasound today!

okay, good for you.

not everyone wants that many kids. and not all pregnancies are planned or ideal.

 

Abortion is an option for people who don't want 7 kids. Or 2 kids. Or 1 kid.

Abortion is a good option for the person who wats/needs one

Yes that's absolutely wonderful news for you and congratulations!

However there are many unplanned and unwanted pregnancies where a woman may choose to have an abortion. I'm quite sure there is no "pro abortion" campaign hapoening whereby people try to convince a pregnant woman that her planned pregnancy and wanted baby should be aborted. I am unaware of any active movements whereby people hunt done pregnant women solely to convince them to have an abortion because they are the best!! So I think your fears might be a tad unfounded, I wouldnt panic

The add at the top of the page was not a "Pro Abortion" ad but a Pro choice ad.
Pro choice or Pro life doesn't really matter. Whether abortions are legal or not they will still be preform as they have for a VERY VERY long time. At least with it legalized those who choose to have one are able to have one done in a safe environment by a professional who knows what he/she is doing instead of a back ally doctor who gets a coat hanger stuck in their cervix or perforates their uterus.

Congrats on the baby. Keep in mind the amount of excitement you feel about yours could be reciprocated by the same amount of dread/fear for another woman. Pro choice is not pro abortion. Pro choice is pro-do what's best for mother and potential being. Good luck with your ultrasound.

If people kept their "strong" opinions to themselves for fear of upsetting people then no one would ever speak their minds and we would all live a pointless life that were not happy with.

Im not saying im for or against abortion... Its not my business what another woman does to her body.. her baby... Or her mental state.

OP... Im expecting baby #6 anytime now! Big families are VERY unheard of anymore and its a hard job.... Congrats on the newest addition! We are stopping at 6. #6 wasnt even planned!! But... Its a very welcomed surprise! Lol....

I really hope that because someone stands for their rights and isnt afraid to shout it to the world people could respect that.... Just like people who are pro choice would like respect in their thoughts. At the end of the day its only YOU that you have to worry about. Right??

"pro abortion" doesn't exist. Like I said there are no movements associated with actively hunting out pregnant women to try and convince them to have abortions. I've yet to see any type of campaigner rush up to a pregnant woman in the street and be like "Hey have you thought about abortion, you really should have one because they are just wonderful!".....
