We want mothers to make educated decisions. this is a Childs life we are discussing. Yeah you asked for suggestions, here's mine. Wait for your baby to come. Better? I realize that you didn't post this thinking this would be the response but I know many women look back and think lot wish I would have known what I was doing and the risks of my choices so I could have made a better one" my friend had her son at 37wk he went to nicu for being premature. And the doctor actually told her it was necessary to have the c section when it wasn't. She regrets her choice of doing that because now her baby has to catch up. He isn't meeting his milestones on time and he was "term" her other son came on his own early and he was ahead. Because he came when he was ready. If a baby is ready, you don't have to do anything to increase the contractions. NJ

And yeah, the first, and the smallest, sacrifice you make for your child is waiting to give birth until THEY'RE ready, not when you are. Of course, excluding medically necessary inductions.
She read the info I gave her, info that told her her baby would very likely be unhealthy if it came now, and she's still selfish enough to want it to come out pre-term.
