Belly Binding

Did you do it?

I am currently using the binder they gave me at the hospital but I can tell it wont last me to the end of my post partum period... so I'm looking at the ones to buy....

Did you have a favorite brand? why?

I don't HUGELY care about having to be able to hide it under my clothes.. but I would prefer it if it does...

its supposed to help shrink your belly... especially after a C section.. but I'm mainly using it for the amazing back support it gives you I'm only able to stand/ sit straight with it on.. without it.. minor hunchback situation going on... and lots of backaches

Well I learned something new today. lol  

I have a belly bandit. Havent deliver so not sure how it works. Hopefully pretty good cost like 45 dollars.

Just so those of you considering Belly Binding are curious I've only been out of the hospital for 2 days now (been binding more regularly since getting home just using the crummy binder from the hospital (Belly Bandit is in the mail) and I have already started falling out of my maternity jeans... I'm down 6 cm since yesterday even.. so I am now a HUGE advocate of Belly Binding
