Yes, because he always had his head turned one way and the cheek went with gravity so the left back side of his head is a little flat and same cheek IMO is a little puffier. Even now in the carseat and sleeping his head goes with the torticollis. But it's getting better since he's up and crawling and first steps are emerging.

Cognitive delays being worked on and physical milestones and eating the most basic function of life are all more important than head shape or facial features. I'm sure you made the right choice for her development and well being.

I love my sons little elf ear.   I didn't think about fixing it. I love it.

She must have been tiny to be a micro preemie. Lots to overcome and work on. Torticollis isn't that big of a deal, it's not going to affect her intelligence or anything. Although it might look a little odd right now, it's okay.

Thank you, you just made me tear up a bit. Honestly I asked about fixing it because I felt like with her birthmarks, and whatever other problems she might have from being born that I just didn't want her to have funny ears too. Mainly I asked because we were seeing ENT for fluid in her ears so I figured I would ask ya know.

Btw, when DD falls asleep in the car seat I tuck a rolled up receiving blanket on that side of her head to make it go straight.

Sorry I haven't posted a vid yet, DH had his cell phone stolen by a student of his...ugh I hate teens.

Now what are you asking? Are you asking if torticollis makes it hard to turn to the other side? Then, yes. The muscle is tightened and shortened and makes it hard to stretch and even painful especially as it gets worse.

I'm going to have DH help with the video tonight. I'm gunna use a stuffed doll for most cause they don't kick and scream about it lol

It doesn't hurt at first.

Does she sit unsupported holding her head?
