Can you really put a cost on that? Sounds like he broke it off and wants to pay a lump sum so he doesn't have to be involved with the kid. I would go through the courts but then again, can't force a man to actually BE a father.

I just dont understand how you were okay with being with a man who obviously is still living with his wife and very much involved with her?

My husband's divorce got postponed by the judge because he needed a lawyer. I was NOT okay with it. It bugged me every single day. He wasnt living with her and they were split up before he and I met.

OP had said in her last post they were in an open relationship. But the way she explained it, made him out to be cheating. And she must have just found out he is cheating and his wife doesn't know about it.
