Well, I'm not going to ask why they are onto him since if you wanted us to know that, you would've said something, but if you and him live in separate homes, it shouldn't be a problem. That's only if child services are onto him and not you.

Oh no hun. They won't. Honestly though, if you're that worried, I would tell him that because of the circumstances and because of your fears it's best that you all go separate ways for right now.

Wow. Relax drama mama. You asked advice, that's what you got. And it's not like we made up the idea of him jeopardizing things, that's the information you have us. And wether its true or not, if he's being investigated by CPS and your new baby lives with him, it WILL effect that baby as well. Period. You asked us and we told you.
Hopefully it all gets straightened out and he's cleared but if not I would get my pregnant butt out of his to avoid any trouble when my baby arrives. The end.

if the guy lost them in the first place... obviously they found the claims to be somehow true then about neglect. but since it's him and not you under review I'd say they really can't take your kid, but they could make it difficult and order him to stay away from your kid or to live separately.

well good luck with that sounds like you're gonna need it. his case won't be closed just bc he gets his kids back.. and when they find out you're preggo and living with him and the kids or w/e... you'll be added to the case file I'd be willing to bet.

Absolutely, if they all live together in one house, they will be viewed as 1 household and be investigated as such.

^ Yup. I would be moving my butt out not be harsh but CPS doesnt take you kids for no reason. Plenty people get CPS called and dont get there kids taken away , so there more to it. Whether or not you know or if he aint telling you. But just because he getting his kids back doesnt mean they will go away they visit and everything so if your living in house your going be on paper work. Because they want know everybody that living in house hold. If you want risk getting your child taken away by all mean dont listen and do what you want. It's your life and you have live with your descions. But by reading all other post I'm pretty sure most of us agree you should put baby first. Wish you best luck with whatever you decide to do.

Honestly I love him and his kids and he loves me and my mom says to tell the worker so that way its easier!, he is not into drugs or anything he is an amazing dad to his kid we get nights with them now and I know what cps is all about
