How to put weight on?

I'm down to 113 now. I'm just down right sick of being small. None of my clothes fit. I just gave away 20 pairs of almost brand new Aeropostale and Hollister jeans that are just way too loose for my liking. The first thing that left was my freaking boobs.. I HATE small boobs on me. I eat and eat, but still don't seem to add on any weight. I've gone to the doctor and he isn't concerned. I have even put off working out for over a month now as well.. (it was very minimum, walking and 200 sit ups a night) thinking that would help me pick up some weight, I'm still loosing. I do so much in a day that its ridiculous, so I know that's why I'm loosing. From 5 kids, errands everyday for the house and SO. House work. Going to work with SO sometimes during the week. The kids practices and games, etc. I've tried collard greens and corn bread, that mess ain't cuttin' it. What shakes do you recommend? I don't want to be muscular or buff. I just want some weight back on me and start back working out to have my tummy, legs, and butt tighten.

I know this is really weird but in my family if a women wanted to gain weight while breast feeding, because you know how some women lose weight while nursing. They make this rice with condensed milk, whole milk and caramel and eat it like twice a day. Its actually really good. It tastes like dessert.

Protein shakes can help. Try and estimate the amount of calories you are using everyday with running around with your kids and doing errands. Although it may not seem like much it can add up. I don't remember what it is but there is a website that has a daily basic activities calorie count. For example it can tell you how many calories you burn folding a load of laundry, doing dishes etc. And eat higher calorie foods.

you need a calorie surplus. I imagine you don't want to get fat. So adding muscle is hard. You need to eat your carbs but choose good ones, proteins and fats. Lift weights, lift heavy and for less sets, don't do cardio. Its not easy for hard gainers but its possible! Good luck to you.
