my LG was finally born on 9th September, at 41 weeks after a difficult pregnancy. I was induced on the morning of the 8th, but wasnt dilating so the consultant broke my waters at 1pm on the 9th. finally went into active labor at 4pm after being hooked up to a drip, and she was born at 9:22pm, weighing 8lb 10oz
I am thankful I didnt go into labor naturally as the consultant informed me there was too much water around baby and there was a chance the umbilical cord couldve been swept out and strangled her :O
Also she was lying back to back which hurt like a bitch!!! but i managed to push her out naturally with no pain relief, and I am proud of myself for that Im just glad its all over and ive finally got my LG, who is a little spoilt diva already
