Okay so I'm only 28 weeks not so concerned about when my son will be head down just ye but am a little curious about when it usually happens and how will you know? Any pressure at all? This is my second child and my other was flipped by the time i was 26 weeks I know all pregnancies are different of course

I found out DS was head down at an appointment. I didn't feel it happen though! They can turn and go head down late or early!

When I was pregnant with my son and had my 20wk anatomy scan they said then he was going to be breeched b/c the whole time I was there he was "standing" up so they freaked me out about getting a c-section but at an ultrasound when I was 36wks he was head down ready to go. Now I'm pregnant again w/ a girl and at the 20wk scan the tech had a hard time getting a good measurement of her head b/c she had it shoved down in as far as she could but then I had an 4d ultrasound for fun & the tech said she was breeched.

I think its after 32wks when they get into whatever position they're going to be in but I also think if you're first baby was head down then this one should be too. Or at least that's what I'm thinking/hoping for! There's still plenty of time for your baby to flip  . & this is just me but I had no idea my son flipped to head down, id press on the top of my stomach (very gently!) And figured it was still his head when it was his butt lol. I'm 29wks right now and my belly feels the same on top like before so I dunno what the heck she's doing in there right now lol.

Sorry for the ramble and I hope I helped you somewhat. Good luck

I never knew my baby girl was head down lol.. I never even 'dropped' or felt too much pressure so I was surprised when I went into labor lol :b

There are many natural positions you can exercise to help coax the baby into head down position, I think hands & knees "cat & cow" are the most common ones, not sure.
I'd suggest picking up a copy of Spiritual Midwifery by Ina May Gaskin. She has delivered many breech babies naturally and gives many good pointers
