Wow I had no trouble reading this. Its kind of interesting that people just comment about the way you type instead of giving any advice about what your question is.. then again many people just enjoy making things harder on others. Its Not like your changing the way the word is supposed to be spelled, it still makes sense your just capitalizing the first letter not a big DEAL!!!!! Anyway I'm only 28 weeks and have had the same problem with this pregnancy it's really uncomfortable I know exactly how you feel just rest as much as you can because there is not much we can do its all part of your pregnancy. before you know it you'll be having your LO   I still have 12 weeks to go and I feel like that's a decade from now because of how bad the B H contractions get at times. Actually, capitalizing every single word forces the brain to read each word like the beginning of a new sentence, causing you to pause after each word. Much like a period would work.

If you're on a public forum asking for help or advice, you need to be able to get your point across, if we can't read it, we can't help you. Now, it's not illegible but, I'm not taking all the extra time it takes me to smurfing read it over and over because my brain can't process it. I'm reading it like I'm smurfing Forrest Gump.

Braxton Hicks is very common, I've been having them pretty bad lately too. But my doctor said it's normal as long as they aren't really consistent and close together. So time them and if they get closer then start getting concerned.

try taking a warm bath that always helps me i am going through the exact same thing an i am also 31 weeks pregnant due dec 25th... also try using a heating pad or getting your back massaged and drink plenty of water sometimes the BH are caused from not drinking enough water! good luck on everything girl
