That's where BD is from. I think it depends which part of NY he's in and which enforcement office is directly handling it. BD lives right by the city so since it's such a populated area with god knows how many support cases, he often slipped through the cracks.

How long does it take you to drive there?

With no traffic, about 3 hours one way.
But there's pretty much always traffic so usually about 4.5

Damn i would not be driving that far. Tell them that they need to come to philly if they want a visit because you cant afford to drive out there since you dont get child support. Give them something to think about

With our visitation since hes out of state he has to come here to visit unless i say otherwise. Also i have custody since they only live with me. He has never made an attempt to come see them in 13 years

he can take you for visitation but you can request supervised visitation since your son barely knows him. also they will make him be responsible for getting to and from the visits. you should no longer go out of your way for him

you do not automatically have full custody! you have to file for that with the court!!!
