The coffee thing is kind of true, but not as true as they make out. The reports go "OMG! 15% of woman who drank more than 300 mg of caffine a day miscarried in our study of 100 people"
They ignore the statistic that 12% of pregnancies end in miscarriage anyway, so that's only a 3% increase, and over 100 people it's not even a real one. Do the same study again and you'd probably only get 10% miscarriages and they'd allhave to say coffee helps a pregnancy stick. Studies are brilliant  .

My RE is super strict about it too. Ryan goes in at 12:30 on the 10th of July and our appt is at 1:15. They do the analysis then, but jeez.

Luckily we live right near the clinic, so he was able to *ahem* at home and get it to the clinic within the half hour.
