Period after pregnancy ?

How long after you deliver does your period start back up ? An how long does it last ? I had my daughter like almost 5 weeks ago I've quit bleeding like 2 weeks ago & now I have a little light looking blood didn't kno if this could be my period or not ?

It depends if you BF, I'm over 3 months PP and I haven't gotten mine.

It sounds like it could be either your period or PP bleeding picking back up again, my slowed right down and nearly stopped, then I did a lot and it started picking up again.

2 months & for me 5 days & it hurt like a bitch i'm not even going to lie but it was extreamly heavy

the 2nd 1 was no better :/ DD was born july 27 had my 1st period sept 12th & the 2nd oct 9th i layed in bed w DD or when Dh was home i would make him hand her to me from the crib to me in my chair or in bed it was so heavy i bleed through a pad within a hour & a super tampon in 2 hours. i'm hoping the 3rd is back to normal :/ but of course i didn't have a period but once & one time spotting in two years before i got pregnant
