Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred...

I know some of you were using this DVD to help you workout. I bought it and have been using it for the past few days. I was wondering for those of you that were using it, how much weight have you lost and how long have you been using it?

Watching b/c I saw this DVD today and almost bought it

im also just watching! I'm going to need a good workout video in a couple days!! Well.. actually hopefully like...... TOMORROW  

I too was thinking of buying something like this... is it any good?

It's been okay for me so far, but I am way out of shape. She starts out slow in the first workout and progessivly gets harder in the other two. I like it so far because it's not like a lot of workout videos that just jump into it and your left going wtf.. I could barely keep up the first day but slowly I am doing better.

I am soo unfit
I crashed my car over the weekend and had to walk my step daughter to kindy on monday morning.. It was only about a 15-20 min walk (maybe faster if i was fit) and boy was I dead! Lucky i got offered a lift home!

That sounds like it sucked..

The program is has does cardio..strength...and...my brain just farted.

lol   i have this dvd too but i havent started it yet. im alomst 5 weeks pp. im gonna try start tomorrow for sure this time. ive got lazyitis
