i'm going to cry i though i was losing weight but guess what i gained weight ugh i was 285 now i'm 293 i'm going to cry i kinda know what i gained weight i have been depressed lately cause with the change of the season i haven't been able to get outside so i'm making me a list of stuff to do everyday and they are
-go outside at least an hour a day with riley and go for a walk or just play in the yard (if it is raining walk up and down the hallway for 2 hours)
-turn on some music and dance goofy or just for fun for at least an hour
-do my 30 day shed no matter how tired i am
- make sure i eat healthier (more salad please)
- no more caffeine(besides 1 cup of coffee in the morning to help with my breathing)
-drink more ice water
-only get a treat once a week
also i think it is stress too about money and making sure we have enough for everything if you know what i mean
if someone could email me every day to ask me if i have done them that way i will be on top of it
i'm also thinking about trying the home made body wrap that i found the recipe for online i just dont know where the heck to get seaweed clay at
