Awesome. Why are you even questioning if you are "fat" then? You must have more muscle mass that makes you weigh more, but 30 inches is 5 inches smaller than the national average. I'm a 31-31.5.

I measure my actual "waist" where it indents, thats 24"
but around my bellybutton is 27

I'm 5'7" and 128lbs. I wear a 9 and people don't believe me till they check. I think it depends on ur shape and how u carry ur weight. Ie. Busty woman vs chubby. Etc.

I was the happiest at 160!!!!
But then again I'm 5'10.....
