I need help! Photo Editing

I cannot figure out to how write text on a curved line on a photo. HELP! PLEASE! Or someone do it for me ffs.

I'm trying to help my mom create a logo for her new pottery business. I used to know how to do all this crap. >.< I haven't done it in years, so I'm VERY rusty. lol

My mom drew a picture of a little crocodile, and inside it she wants the company name curved. Her exact words were "like a smile inside it."   Why my logo I already spent time on wasn't good enough, I'll never know. lol

Unfortunately I dont... I take pics so I paid for PS. Maybe photobucket has the option to do that? I know they added a lot of editing stuff.
