Bad pains & Popping noise..

Well, im 21 weeks. And my little girl is normally so active, always kicking away. Sometimes, she wont stop...
But these last two days, i have felt barely anything. I have had this really bad pain in my stomach too, thaat isn't like a cramp or a ligament pain. It really hurts. And just now, i heard this popping noise three times. Like little "pop, pop, pop." I dont know what it could be?. Is that normal?. Should I see a doctor?.
