HOLY Smurf.. WARNING SEVERE CUSSING

I am SOOO pissed off..
My BD gets my daughter Tue & wed. from 1- 7.. In our court order it says hes not to smoke while CARING for the child which was changed to any time he has her and an hour before.. Also, his dad (grandpa) is NOT to have unsupervised visitation AND his STEP MOM can NOT be the supervisor..
BD has an 'injury' thats bull smurf but an excuse for him so his lawyer and mine agreed his girlfriend could be the supervisor and help with her which is why were doing the visits on her day off.
He tells me today that hes not feeling well but that his girlfriend, 'just wants a day off completely to herself'. and that he wants me to get her earlier then 7.. now if i had been working i woulda said F U buttt i thought something was fishy. I KNEW he was at his dads house and i knew his gf wasnt there.. So I show up there at 5.. He didnt know i was coming.. He was OUTSIDE smoking.. So he broke TWO god damn mother smurfin' orders in the custody agreement.
He has the balls to say we NEVER agreed his step mom couldnt supervisor which his own god damn lawyer said was a rule.. AND he said he wasnt suppose to smoke IN FRONT of her.. which my daughter has SEVERE asthma and her own DOCTOR says he cant because of second hand smoke.. AND his OWN lawyer said he wouldnt smoke period during the visit..

I'm SOO pissed.. His dad(grandpa) has sexual allegations against him from my BD's sister AND brother.. and his step mom has the mentality of a THREE year old because she was SEVERELY abused when she was younger and STILL gets abused by his dad.
I am SOO pissed. I called the cops because my lawyer said to withhold her from him until we talk to my BD's lawyer... so I wanted to see if legally I could and the cop was like "then your going against the order so how would that make you look in court" and of course I went off about "how the hell am i going against it when HE broke the mother smurfin' order to began with".. "its smurfing there for a mother smurfin' reason, so she doesnt get smurfin' molested by her grandpa".

I go OUT of my way to work around BD when hes been a PIECE of smurf from the beginning.. NOT showing up for visitations. NOT helping raise her. I invite him to EVERYTHING when I dont have to because I want my daughter to know her mother smurfin' dead beat dad.. I KNEW this smurf was gonna happen. NOT ONLY DID I TELL MY LAWYER but his own smurfin' MOTHER told my and HIS lawyer that she didnt believe he'd follow any of the rules because he thinks hes smurfin' Jesus and can get away with anything.
WELL YOU KNOW WHAT, if you cant smurfing protect OUR child, I will.. I pretect her not only from YOUR father but you as well..

ow that's totally smurfed up of him to do that. What a piece of smurf and he KNOWS his father is being accused of sexual molestation? but still brings his daughter to his house. NO WAY. I would be going to the court for full custody because he obviously is an ass and doesn't give a smurf about his daughter's safety. Sorry you have to go through this and if you do go for full custody I pray you get it.

Sadly what the PD said was right. Withholding your daughter from her on a regular visit day is against the law. I went through this crap with my kids and their sperm donor. You need to get this back into court right away...or get a restraining order or something to keep him away. You need some kind of court order. He I am sure has a copy of the custody order and the PD can and will enforce that...at this point it is he said she said and is a civil issue in their eyes. Sucks I know but thats just the way they look at it.

You have grounds to stand on. I know here they won't mess with domestic smurf like that. Just like even though it isn't in the court order if BD was to show up here drunk or high he can't take the kids. If he does anything stupid while the kids are in his care I have the right to with hold them.

holy smurf! that smurfing sucks. i hope you get all this taken care of asap and your LO gets what she deserves (which is definitely not being smoked around if she has asthma and not being around an accused child molester).

OH.. He KNOWS.. he read the letters his sister and mom wrote in regards to it.. and now wont talk to either of themm..
His brother unfortunately committed suicide and in BOTH the letters they say they think it was due to abuse he suffered from his step dad (bd father) and NEITHER of them had read each others letter before writing there own.
My BD is like brain washed by his father.. hed do ANYTHING for himm because he pays all my bd bill.. thats how he got a lawyer.. his dad paid for it.. I sorta think he suffered abuse like that from him.

I KNEW from the beginning something was fishy about his dad. Just the things he said and how he did it.. the stories my BD told me.. .soo inappropriate.. I never imagined the degree of sickness that he did to BD's sister and brother.. I'm just glad I stuck with my gut and didnt back down.

Laws just suck! I think they should make exceptions for crap like this. Been there done that! Just get it back into court ASAP!
