I don't even use sunscreen on my daughter at all haha. She does fine and never burned but it was the I was raised as well. But same goes for a lot of products out there like you said. Even food! Haha

I don't use sunscreen unless she is going to be out with no protection for hours. Sun can be beneficial and help you make vitamin D. You just have to be responsible and make sure to dress in protective clothing and take shade breaks.
