How easy???

How easy would these be to make. I want to send out like 4x5's for family.
I was thinking of making them at target and just making my own scratch off stuff. ??

So cute. But idk how to make a scratch off. Will it ruin the pic when they scratch it?!

I seen the scratch off recipe or whatever on pintrest.
I just want something cute for the gender reveal.

I don't think it would be hard at all to make, & I remember seeing a D.I.Y. mixture to make the scratch off stuff with on Pinterest, but I didn't pin it.
