I have to keep sleep logs and fax them in. I wish I had kept a copy of the one from the last 2 weeks to help see improvement.

OMG Laurie, I'm so glad you have an answer and a solution!!!!

Myles has sleep issues too and I do give him melatonin......I'll have to ask his pedi about recommending a sleep specialist.

from what I gather, melatonin does work - depending on what the sleep issue is. If they have a hard time falling asleep but then stay asleep and can wake at a normal time, melatonin is a good solution.

true. it is pretty much 4 am most days.

today it was 2:30 and he shows no signs of slowing down.

Myles sometimes wakes up. Like, it happens real randomly though. Last night he was up from about 1-3:30am but then he could go a week or so before it happens again. Then some weeks, he'll get up 3 or 4 nights. He also has a hard time falling asleep

our light came!
I wonder if they could make it brighter :/ lol
my kitchen was a mess from making dinner, taking toys away and grocery shopping.

I'm home all day, yo.

but last night, he slept from 8-12:50 and then I got him back to sleep until 5:45!
