I had my Mirena taken out August 14th. I had it for a little over a year. I think I instantly lost 10lbs. I found out I was pregnant on September 8th. lol

oh really? Yea I heard a few others say they had that similar taste when they were prego before. I don't know if I would be too excited or scared. I've heard of so many mis carriages and some that carried to full term healthy babies so I try not to think about it too much.
Your AF will come. Or maybe not! Some get prego without it even coming. Are yall still actively trying?

I started bleeding 2 days after I was removed. It lasted for a week like a period. Then we have sex ONE time & I got pregnant. lol I didn't have any symptoms after it was removed. Just when I got pregnant. lol

Oh wow...Hopefully that happened to me... Everyone talks about it not being safe to get prego that quick but my dr didn't say anything to me and claimed a lot of people have successful pregnancies right after the mirena is out. How did you know you were prego? Signs? So you got pregnant right after your 1st AF came after it was out? lol

I think AF is here today which is good news becuase now I can start tracking and not be up in the air about what is happening haha looks like I am out for this month but next month will be a better month anyways because DH will be home for a month and that will be easier to try when he is home all the time and not just 6-8 days

I have a friend who is saying my symptoms could be the withdraw from the hormones.. im thinking to myself well gosh... if this is all from withdraw... WTH?? hahahah She may just be a bit jealous. She had her iud taken out a few months ago and they are not pregnant yet. lol
I'll just keep my updates on here and not share as much with her anymore. lol

My doctor told me to wait 2-3 cycles because of the risk of miscarrying. He only had sex once & didn't think I'd end up pregnant. lol I talked to some ladies on here & when they said it was very possible I started keeping track of my ovulation & tested when I was about 9DPO & got a BFP! I got pregnant right after my 1st cycle! lol

I will have to keep you updated as well haha what I thought was my period might not be... It was just there when I got up (just when I wiped) and now nothing for the last few times I went to the restroom... so I have no clue what is going on lol I wish this mirena didnt have this effect on my body... it is about time for my period from when I got it last so maybe just slow getting here and taking its time or possibly implantation bleeding... who knows hahahaha I had no clue planning a baby would be this stressful

Wow thats good! Glad everything is going well for you. I guess some doctors say different things. I wish I hadnt have gotten the Mirena. I don't recommend it to anyone EVER. lol

Hell you and me both..yea sometimes last week during my weird cycle I had spotting when I wiped or I would only need a liner or a thin pad. Weird...yes if only I knew I never would of gotten the mirena! UGH UGH UGH! lol

I have my first ultrasound tomorrow! I wish I never got it too. I hated it so much but I was losing my insurance so I just went with what lasted the longest. lol I will not be getting it this time, I'm actually thinking about getting my tubes tied.

lol yea I wanted something that would last and was cheap too. ugh... yay! Keep us posted on the ultra sound please!!! I plan on getting my tubes tied. I have a SD that is almost 5 and our DD is 3 so one more and that IS IT! lol well if God sees fit. I hear you can get prego with your tubes tied too. My aunt did years ago. lol with twin.... she lost them though =/ but hey..it can happen.

I may be having twins this time so we're definetely done! lol I know a lady who got pregnant twice after she got her tubes tied. Neither baby made it.
