Well I have been trying to lose weight for a while now with dieting, working out, and all of that. I was having a really hard time losing or having any progress really. Last Monday I started having smoothies at least once a day (usually for breakfast) and have lost 5lbs! Yay. Now I need to get back on track with working out so I can start seeing even more amazing results! Can you see a difference in these pictures? I know they aren't the greatest to compare, but it is the best I can do for now lol
