I lost 10 lbs already in two weeks.
I proportion my meals so half of my meal is veggies...all whole grains....portion okay snacks and have them prepared with times I am allowed to eat them...drink lots of water ((I add Mio to mine for flavor)). I got jogging every evening with LO and do a mix of Zumba and Yoga at home. Be consistent and it gets super easy to follow.
