Exercising & BF?

I've lost all of my baby weight I gained with this last pregnancy (23 lbs) but I seem to be stuck. I'm only 5 weeks PP & I know losing weight takes time. I want to, & I've already been cleared, to work out, but I don't know how much effort to put into it. I don't want to affect my supply or integrity of my supply.

Anyone know of any exercises that are low impact but gets results?

I'd stick to low impact cardio and make sure your drinking plenty of water. You can find good work out videos on You Tube. That's what I do.
