I've lost all of my baby weight I gained with this last pregnancy (23 lbs) but I seem to be stuck. I'm only 5 weeks PP & I know losing weight takes time. I want to, & I've already been cleared, to work out, but I don't know how much effort to put into it. I don't want to affect my supply or integrity of my supply.
Anyone know of any exercises that are low impact but gets results?
