Teen moms: is teen pregnancy common in your family

Just wondering...it is in mine. My mom had me when she was 14, my cousins all had one or two by the time they were 18, I have a cousin who is 15 with two. All my brothers got girls pregnant young...just curious about everyone else.

Nope. I'm the first out of many. I could go generations back, and I'm the only one, thank jeebus.

Yes my mother is 32 years old. I have a 7 month old.
My grandma had one at 18 but gave it up for adoption.

I wasn't a teen mom but it is very common in my family. My mom had me at 13, and my brothers at 16 and 19. My aunt (her sister) had her two children at 15 and 16 and her daughter just had her first at 15. I got pregnant at 16 but had an abortion.

Nope. My mom had me when she was 25, my brother at 30. My dad is about 5 years older than my mom. My grandparents were in their late 20s, early 30s when they had their kids.

I had two kids in my teenage years, and just had a third this spring.

No it's not common in my family. My mom had 3 by the time she was 24 with the first being born at 20.

My brothers were both well into their 20s (like 24 and 25) when they had their kids and I had Mason at 25 too.

My mother had my brother at six teen and me and nineteen.
I miscarried at sixteen and had my son at nineteen.

My aunts also both go pregnant young.

No. My grandmother had my mom at age 40.
My mother had me when she was 30.
All my aunts and cousins were well into their 20's by the time they had kids.
I only had once cousin who got pregnant as a teen, but she was 19 at conception, 20 when she gave birth.
I got pregnant at 17 and gave birth at 18.

I was the first in my family. It is common in SOs family.

This. I'm the only unwed mother as well. I was 19 though so not super young.

My Grandma was 16 when she had my mom. My mom was 18 when she had my sister. My sister was 18 when she had my twin nephews and i was 16 when i had my son and 19 when i had my daughter.. My younger sister is almost 14 and i think shes actually smart and going to go to college and have a good job before even thinking about babies.

Sorta. I was 19 when i get pregnant, now 20 before she comes. My mom was 19 when she got pregnant with my brother, 20 when she had him. My brother had his son when he was 18. So yes, "teen", but right on the edge of teen/adult.

The last teen mother is my family was my great grandmother, but it was an arranged marriage... etc etc. Doesn't count.
The only only teen in my family to have a child was my uncle- his first baby was born when he was 18.
Other than him, nope.

Yes it is. I got pregnant when I was 14, my mom, siblings, aunts, cousins, etc all had kids young

Yes, my mom had my oldest sister at 16.
My brothers girlfriend had my niece at 15.
And my 2 aunts had my cousins at 16/17.
