Will you teach your child to fight back?

If someone hit your child, will you want them to hit back or walk away and tell someone?

Um no I would never teach my child to hit.

Walk away. She's a tiny girl and would end up getting her ass kicked if she hit back.

i will teach my child self defense, and i will also teach them right and wrong.

Tell an adult first, if she keeps getting bullied then I'd teach her to fight back.

Walk away unless it's not possible. If they are say backed in a corner, they have the right to get the child out the way so that they can run.

If my son was getting bullied at school, and I had tried EVERY other means necessary, and he was being PHYSICALLY assaulted, yes, I would teach him to protect himself.

She is being taught kick boxing so sure can defend herself, but she also knows she is not to use it when she can get an adult.

Walk away.

If they're in a situation where they cannot do so, then I'd want them to fight back in self-defense.

What age did you put your daughter into kickboxing? I really want to get Zora into martial arts or kickboxing or something at some point within a few years.

I will teach her right from wrong and hopefully through that she'll learn the appropriate time to fight, and yes there is an appropriate time to fight.

Yup. Defending yourself and then run to an adult.
