medifast

Anyone tried it? I have two ladies that are trying to get me to sign up with them. I have been considering it, but I am not sure if I can afford it. Just wondering what others have thought of the plan before I even make a decision.

my sister tried it and she also tried the body by vi shakes too. they kinda worked she lost about 10 lbs, but put it back on when she couldnt afford the stuff anymore. she said its not really worth it.

It is my experience that you can better afford to buy and prepare your own food with better results. These types of fads are money suckers.

That was kinda how I was feeling too. I am doing weight waters now, and have lost 50 pounds, so it seems to be working, but I was thinking if it works I might try. One of the ladies has lost 40 pounds in about 3 months, since her baby was born. I think I might just stick with Weight Watchers. I feel it teaches you how to portion rather that giving you already portioned food.

My friend got medifast food samples from her work and I tried some of them, they were absolutely disgusting. Just eat healthy and count calories, that is literally the best way to lose weight.
