Quoting Mrs. J Soto :-):" I've had full time jobs before, I know in a 12 hour day there is a 15 minute break in the am, a 30 for lunch and another 15 before the end of the day. Or should you choose a full hour for lunch."
Quoting Lacy S:" Sadly the military will not help you out. The help she was talking about is for real emergencys and going ... [snip!] ... so has deployed five times all of wich were over 12 months long.i also was in the military so I have a good idea how crap works"I did that's what sparked the argument. Like you will go home and spend money that can be put towards bills and things before you leave so I won't have to stress on catching up anything while you're gone. The exact words were grow up and start thinking about us and not just you. It is only a few months, but his whole thing is he misses home, it's all he talks about. Kind of breaks my heart sometimes like what he has here isn't good enough, but I don't mention it. But I checked the support I know it's emergency only care basically.
Quoting Kinley Nicoles Mommy:" This actually isn't true for everywhere. In Colorado, "Workers covered under the Wage Order are legally ... [snip!] ... Laws for Breaks & Lunch | eHow.com http://www.ehow.com/list_7238709_colorado-labor-laws-breaks-lunch.html#ixzz29UeRgE9r"-_- Ok what I am trying to explain to you is regardless of what the law was they didn't follow it and I didn't try to have a child for six years straight to lose it because they could careless about their employees. Like I said before if it weren't for my child I would still be working there sadly because, but my child was more important than fighting them on the laws. I know about the DOL laws (which differ at every job) I also know about FMLA and Maternity leave. I knew all this stuff before I quit and left because it wasn't being utilized properly.
Quoting Mrs. J Soto :-):" I was working at six weeks in to my pregnancy at a job that was 12 hours Monday-Friday and 9-3 Sunday. ... [snip!] ... harm than good and don't know how to fix it. I am stressing so much and I know it's not healthy for baby. I just need advice."I guess more detail ned ed to be put in, I'll be more specific. The bill I need to catch up on is car insurance which I do house work for my Oma so I was catching up, but DH decided we needed a new car and added that car to the insurance making the bill go up and making me stress to catch it up. A second job and working is not the issue for me I'm not lazy at all, I'll work until I'm in labor if I have to and miss holiday break. My issue is that I don't think he understands the importance of getting bills taken care of before saving for vacation.
