telling people your preggers...

My husband and mother and best friend know now.... how would you come out and tell the rest of the world...

Im thinking ill wait till I cant hide it...
And im not letting anyone know gender till after they arrive at my baby shower

I told people on Fb.. lol

After my u/s yesterday, I took pics of Steven in a shirt I got him. It says, Big Brother in Training and then I put one as my pic on FB for everyone to see.

I hate the word preggers. I just told people on FB.

You have a lo why not take a pic of him in a I'm going to be the big brother shirt? and post it on fb or email it to friends and family....my ex sil just told everyone shes expecting #2 and she told everyone by having her DD wear a Big Sister shirt...it was tooo cute.

I saw this one idea where a couple bought everyone Preggo sauce for Christmas. Lame, but it was funny.

I told my mother in law, and I'm pretty sure she told the whole world after that.   But nah, after I told close family via phone, I posted it on Facebook.

We had my daughter take a picture holding a fake birds nest with an egg in it. Waited to see how long it would take people to get it. Our last name is Finch like the bird. I finally changed the caption to "there's an egg in the nest, hatching this spring!"

I still don't know how to tell everyone. I am hoping they put me in for my 12 week scan before my familys Christmas get together on the 16th. Although out of the people going all three of my sisters know and so does my mom. Which leaves my aunt and uncles and my grandad. I will tell my dad and step mom once I have had the scan by going over to their house. I think everyone else that are not close friends will find out via facebook. That is if I can keep schtum for that long. I told everyone I was pregnant the day I found out with my youngest at 6weeks along lol.

I just posted a status on facebook saying "Guess who's gonna be a mommy" and let it go crazy from there lol.

I did contemplate not even announcing it on facebook and seeing how long it took people to catch on. Say for example if I like certain baby pages, or there are my holiday pics and I have an obvious tummy. lol. I got away when I will be 27-28weeks. Find out who my real lurkers are

I caught on to a lot of my friends being pregnant because they started liking my pregnancy updates and baby statuses all the time lol.

Unfortunately most of my friends will like any baby stuff being posted on facebook. So can never tell. I even liked a baby products page! Still nobody questioned it. I even put how broody I have been and this symbol (\o/) it means an angel, as well as updated my info to add my two angels this year with my angel from 8 years ago. Either people are being nice, or they don't care haha. I might do the whole 'see how long I can get away without saying anything'. I will only tell those that ask.

I thought of the big brother shirt..I seen where a mom anda a pregnant belly + a dad and a lo = 5. Thought that was cute.. I wont be posting it to fb... I dont like half the people ob my fb im just to lazy to delte since it isnt as easy as myspace's delete button.. prob the only people I twll will be the ones I invite to the baby shower... might just randomly send out with christmas cards.. I dunno
